I manage properties of all types, both distressed and stabilized, and for all anticipated durations. A property management plan is always specific to each property and situation but generally can include leasing, overseeing maintenance and capital investments, managing vendors, rent collection, tenant management, payment of bills, accounting, as well as many other services. I can leverage my existing relationships and knowledge to realize savings the individual property owner does not always have available to them.
